 Driver Grade II

  •  Candidates must have completed Form Four (IV) and hold a Form Four (IV) examination certificate.
  • Candidates must possess a class ‘C’ or ‘E’ driving license with a minimum of one year of driving experience without any accidents.
  • Candidates must have attended a Basic Driving Course from the Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA) or another government-recognized institution

 Village Executive Grade III

  • Candidates must have completed Form Four (IV) or Form Six (VI) and obtained the corresponding examination certificate.
  • Candidates must hold a Certificate (NTA Level 5) in one of the following fields: Administration, Law, Social Studies, Financial Management, Community Development, or Social Sciences from a recognized institution.

 Office Management Secretary II

  • Candidates must have completed Form Four (IV) or Form Six (VI) and obtained the corresponding examination certificate.
  • Candidates must have a Diploma in Secretarial Studies or an NTA Level 6 Certificate in Secretarial Studies from a recognized institution.
  • Additionally, candidates must have passed shorthand in both Swahili and English at a speed of 100 words per minute and have training in office computer programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email, and Publisher.

 Records Assistant Grade II

  • Candidates must have completed Form Four (IV) or Form Six (VI) and obtained the corresponding examination certificate.
  • Candidates must have a Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Records Management from a recognized institution and possess computer skills.
